Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with me. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and undamaged
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I am not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible.
In the cases, I will either:
• Issue a full refund, or
• Send a replacement item at no additional cost
I may request photos of the damaged product or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
